City of Rupert Electric Rates

Effective as of January 1, 2022

A.   Residential

  • Customer Charge: $17.00 per month
  • Energy Charge $0.06875 per kWh for all kilowatt hours
  • The minimum charge for any service month will be the Customer Charge.

B.   Single Phase Commercial (Small Commercial)

  • Customer Charge: $24.00 per month
  • Energy Charge: $0.07263 per kWh for all kilowatt hours
  • The minimum charge for any service month will be the Customer Charge.

C.   Three Phase Commercial (Large Commercial)

  • Customer Charge: $27.00 per month
  • Energy Charge: $0.04774 per KWH
  • Demand Charge: $4.74 per kilowatt of Demand
  • The minimun charge for any service month will be the Customer Charge.

D.   Industrial (Three Phase)

  • Customer Charge: $27.00 per month
  • Energy Charge: $0.04846 per KWH 
  • Demand Charge: $4.37 per kilowatt of Demand
  • The minimum charge for any service month shall be the Customer Charge.

E.   Irrigation Pumping

  • Irrigation Single Phase:
    • Customer Charge: $24.00 per month
    • Energy Charge: $0.03990 per KWH for all consumption
    • Demand Charge: $6.71 per kilowatt of Demand
  • Irrigation Three Phase:
    • Customer Charge:$27.00 per month
    • Energy Charge: $0.03990 per KWH for all consumption
    • Demand Charge: $6.71 per kilowatt of Demand
