Minidoka Joint Powers Animal Control is Joint Powers Agreement between Minidoka County, City of Rupert, City of Heyburn, City of Paul, City of Minidoka.
Our Mission is to work with local government, citizens, animal rescues, and others to promote responsible animal care, enforcement of local ordinances, and the rescue, sheltering, or adoption of animals without homes in Minidoka County, Idaho.
